AVspares

What is it?

AVspares is a basic platform that lists and searches the inventory of many suppliers in one place, focusing on parts. Rotabull supports the following integrations with AVspares:

• Listing: listing available parts through AVspares
• RFQs: receiving RFQs from interested buyers into Rotabull

AVspares is free to use

Listing here can be a good fit for suppliers with smaller marketing budgets, particularly those looking to improve their search-engine visibility (SEO). AVspares publicly indexes all part listings on Google and other search engines.

Listing Integrations

From the Settings > Integrations page, click "Request Integration' on the AVSpares card to start sending your listings to AVSpares. As noted below, it may take up to a month for inventory updates to be reflected because it is a free marketplace.

RFQ Integrations

You will have to change your e-mail address on the AVspares website to receive RFQs in Rotabull.

After logging in, click on "My Details" on the AVspares homepage and update your "Technical Email" to your Rotabull account's unique address (e.g., [email protected]).

If you are not sure what this address is for your account, you can check here by referencing 'Email Settings' for your inbound email address, or by contacting our Support Team.

AVSpares updates may take up to a month to be reflected

Because it is a free marketplace, AVSpares can have delays in processing inventory updates from third-party services like Rotabull. Inventory is typically updated at least once per month.
