Creates a job that generates a CSV export of RFQs, Quotes, or Paid Deals for a date range and uploads it to S3.
The date range may span at most 2 months (62 days).

Returns a JobResponse, containing the ID needed to retrieve job status via the Get Job endpoint.
Once the job's state is completed, its meta field will contain a data_export_id and a url where the exported CSV file can be downloaded.
