Returns marketplace listing sync events for the organization, including the
URL of the file generated by each sync. This is the same data shown on the
"Recent Listings Syncs" page in the Rotabull app.

When no date bounds are supplied, events from the last 7 days are returned.
If only end_date is given, the trailing 7 days up to that date are
returned; if only start_date is given, all events from that date onward
are returned. Use report_type to filter by sync type.
