You can view alerts about your Rotabull account in the notification center, by clicking the "bell" icon on the right side of the navigation bar.
Here are some of the alert messages you may receive, with more detail:
Rotabull has encountered an error syncing your parts to a specific marketplace. Our support team is automatically notified and will reach out if any assistance is needed to resolve the error.
Rotabull could not connect to this specific marketplace, most likely because your marketplace credentials are invalid or expired. Please change your credentials on the marketplace if necessary, and update them in Rotabull's integration settings.
Until resolved, RFQs and quotes for this marketplace may not be received and sent properly.
Rotabull encountered an error fetching RFQs due to an outage with the marketplace website and/or API. Until the marketplace becomes available and healthy again, RFQs and quotes for this marketplace may not be received and sent properly.
