What is it?

PartsLogistics is a platform that lists and searches the inventory of many suppliers in one place, focusing on Military and Government procurement. Rotabull supports the following integrations with PartsLogistics

  • Listings: listing available parts through PartsLogistics
  • RFQs: receiving RFQs from interested buyers into Rotabull

Listings Integration

To sync your Rotabull listings to PartsLogistics, you should first link the marketplace with your credentials on the Settings > Integrations page, and click "Request Integration".

Rotabull will then provision API access ("sync inventory and/or capabilities") with PartsLogistics. Once provisioned, daily uploads will typically be enabled automatically.

RFQs Integration

To receive PartsLogistics RFQs in Rotabull, log in to PartsLogistics and change the PartsLogistics RFQ email address to your Rotabull account's unique address (e.g., [email protected]) under "Update Contact Information".

Finally, please ensure that your email RFQ format is set to HTML under "RFQ Preferences" (we do not support PartsLogistics Text emails at this time).
