Set up an automatic email forwarding rule
Outlook
To forward emails to Rotabull using Outlook 365, you will create a Rule (or an Inbox Rule in older versions of Outlook):
- Navigate to your settings, and then go to Mail > Rules
- Click "Add new rule" - you will see a screen that gives you the option to enter a name, a condition, and an action. The following example will work for ILS RFQs, except that you will want to add your own Rotabull General Inbound Email address in place of "your_organization@app.partsrfq.com". You can find the General Inbound Email for your Rotabull account in Email Settings.
- Press "Save" and ensure that the rule is turned on. If you do not see emails arriving in Rotabull immediately, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.

- In Gmail, click Settings, then "See All Settings", then click the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.

- Next, on the right side of the search bar in Gmail, click the "Show search options" button. We will create a filter from the search options.
- Enter the sender of the emails you would like to forward to Rotabull in the From field. The following example will work for RFQ emails sent from the ILS marketplace:
- Click "Create Filter", then "Forward it" and select your Rotabull general inbound email as the forwarding address. Then click "Create Filter" to enable it. If you do not see emails arriving in Rotabull immediately, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
