AvSight

Rotabull integrates with Salesforce's AvSight platform. See below for set up instructions:

1. You'll need to provide credentials for an AvSight user account that Rotabull can use to connect to AvSight. This can be an existing user account or you can create a new user specifically for Rotabull.
2. Login into Rotabull and access the Integration Settings. Click the AvSight card on the right to access the settings for AvSight:

3. Enter the AvSight user credentials in the "Salesforce Username" and "Salesforce Password" fields.
4. Enter your login URL for AvSight in the "Salesforce URL" field at the bottom. This is the URL of the page you use to login to AvSight. Once complete, click "Update Salesforce Settings" to save it. Note: You do not need to activate the integration at this point.
5. Contact [email protected] to let us know that you're ready to integrate AvSight with your Rotabull account.
6. Rotabull staff will now login to your AvSight platform once (using the credentials you entered in the integration settings) to create a connected app specifically for Rotabull. Depending on the security settings within your AvSight platform, we may need to contact you to approve a login or the generating of API credentials.
7. Once complete, Rotabull staff will activate the integration. Rotabull will now sync data to and from your AvSight platform as per the ERP Sync Frequencies.

FAQ

• Can I change the values and fields that Rotabull writes to AvSight for Customer Quote sync?

In most cases, yes, it's possible for us to modify how quotes are synced in to AvSight. We can modify which fields are populated and with what data. To request changes to fields, just send an email to [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.

• Can I customize how Rotabull reads data from AvSight?

Yes, in some cases. This isn't available for all data that Rotabull reads from AvSight, but is available for some data types such as Part Listings and Stock.

• How often is data read from AvSight into Rotabull?

At least once a day, and sometimes more frequently depending on the data type. See the ERP Sync Frequencies doc for details, or reach out to [email protected] if you have additional questions.
