If you'd like to integrate Smart145 with Rotabull, all you need to do is let us know at [email protected]. As long as you have an active Smart145 account, Rotabull staff can complete the API-based integration without any additional info.

FAQ

• Can I change the values and fields that Rotabull writes to Smart145 for Customer Quote sync?

Not at this time. Rotabull's integration will insert quotes to Smart145 exactly as they are in Rotabull.

• How often do quotes get inserted to Smart145?

Once per day. This is different from our other ERP integrations. Quotes that you send in Rotabull will have a "pending sync" status in the Sync column of the Deals section throughout the day until they are inserted to Smart145.

• Can I customize how Rotabull reads data from AvSight?

Not at this time, the data synced into Rotabull will match the data you have in Smart145. However, you can filter your inventory within Rotabull itself (and thus the parts that will be listed for sale on marketplaces) using a custom rule in the Listing Rules Settings.

• How often is data read from AvSight into Rotabull?

Inventory and Stock are synced once per day. Other data (like buyer companies) are read from Smart145 more frequently.
